Business Development Manager

As a part of our Global Expansion strategy, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive international markets sales and to build and manage partners’ ecosystems. We are looking for experienced, self-motivated, results-driven candidate with a successful track record in selling IT solutions and softwares.

At Daktela we are the disruptors of a $24B contact center industry. Our cloud powered contact center solution is changing the way our customers service their customers. It allows companies to easily process customer requests across many native communication channels – phone, email, web chat, SMS or social media. Full-time job

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Actively generate sales leads, manage inbound leads and be the first point of contact for new clients
  • Administer sales pipeline, conduct sales meetings, sales demo of the software, maintain accurate records of customers
  • Increase the share-of-wallet of existing global customers
  • Manage existing partners and recruit new partners for sales growth
  • Build positive working relationships with global customers & partners to maximize sales within their customer base
  • Coordinate with partners to identify key sales opportunities to generate revenue
  • Assist partners to sell to customers
  • Organize product training to partners and inform them about complimentary services offered
  • Resolve partner related issues and sales conflicts in a timely fashion
  • Manage daily account management activities with global customers & partners
  • Attend trade exhibitions, conferences



  • Sales experience in IT and/or Telecom solutions is a must
  • Successful sales track record
  • Basic knowledge of telecommunication industry (required)
  • Knowledge of call center industry (advantage)
  • Sales network in international markets (advantage)
  • Czech & English is a must (fluent), German (fluent) is advantage
  • Driving license B
  • Eager to learn new things, hands-on attitude
  • Team player
