Global Marketing Manager


Daktela manages one of the largest VoIP infrastructures in the CEE region. Our main product is a cloud contact center platform that allows companies to easily process customer requests through many communication channels – phone, email, web chat, SMS or Facebook Messenger. We are currently active in five countries and have partners in others. All over the world, our product is used by more than 900 corporate customers from various segments, including Mall Group, Notino, Rohlik, Conectart, CK Fischer, GLS, Muziker and others.

We are seeking an experienced B2B marketing manager to execute the regional marketing plan for the CEE region (CZ, SK, PL, HU,RO, SLO) and other channel community. Primary outputs for this role include localizing global content marketing campaigns and creating regionally-relevant marketing materials and content that drives brand familiarity and consideration amongst our audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead business-to-business marketing (B2B) communications to reach application targets.
  • Drive all B2B marketing activities, in collaboration with the Sales Team and local management team.
  • Be responsible for multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads for the Sales team.
  • Organize events and exhibitions at industry events.
  • Regularly review collateral so that it is kept up-to-date and relevant for audience.
  • Work with Marketing Manager to develop engaging content.
  • Work with PR and Social Media Agencies to develop social media content for B2B audience.
  • Work with clients to develop case studies (written and video).
  • Work with and support colleagues to engage with the B2B audience.
  • Create and put into practice a plan for measuring B2B marketing activities.

 

Requirements:

  • Marketing experience in IT and/or Telecom solutions is a must
  • 3+ years’ experience in content marketing, brand marketing, or product marketing
  • Successful marketing B2B track record
  • Basic knowledge of telecommunication industry (required)
  • Knowledge of call center industry (advantage)
  • Czech & English is a must (fluent), German (fluent) is advantage
  • Driving license B
  • Eager to learn new things, hands-on attitude
