Support Engineer


Daktela manages one of the largest VoIP infrastructures in the CEE region. Our main product is a cloud contact center platform that allows companies to easily process customer requests through many communication channels – phone, email, web chat, SMS or Facebook Messenger. We are currently active in five countries and have partners in others. All over the world, our product is used by more than 900 corporate customers from various segments, including Mall Group, Notino, Rohlik, Conectart, CK Fischer, GLS, Muziker and others.

We are looking for a new colleague to join our team of specialists, who will participate with us in the management and implementation of VoIP solutions and contact centers for our customers.

Support engineer
Job description:

  • Implementation of VoIP exchanges and contact center projects for corporate customers
  • Management and development of corporate IP exchanges, VoIP networks and call centers
  • Troubleshooting and technical customer support, debugging, monitoring, performance tuning
  • Consulting activities associated with the delivery of our solution to the customer to the maximum effective extent
  • Work and self-education on VoIP projects that you choose yourself and that will move us further

 

We require:

  • Knowledge of network protocols
  • Experience with the Linux operating system
  • Experience and orientation in VoIP issues an advantage
  • Experience with easy programming or scripting is an advantage
  • Knowledge of call center issues is an advantage, but not required
  • Professional conduct in dealing with customers
  • English (or German, Polish, etc.)
  • Driving license B
