Basic features


The Mobile application shows the key elements of your Daktela dashboard in exactly the same way as a traditional PC.

CRM at your disposal

All contacts and accounts saved in your CRM are available within the mobile application including a fulltext search if required.


You can manage all tickets saved within our mobile application as normal. This allows you to make changes to the system as required. You can comment on tickets, or assign to them to other users if required.

Call dialling

Whatever phone number you may want to dial, you can do this with just one click either directly from the CRM, or from within the ticket. The call will be dialled via Daktela so will be recorded and a complete history of the call will be captured..

Full-text search

The application offers users a full-text search of keywords above the CRM and Helpdesk module.

Are you ready to take calls or do you need to pause? Our mobile application allows you to set your status in realtime and change as required to reflect your working state.
