The very latest customer addition to our customer base went live in April 2020. This is an NHS medical site. Daktela UK working with NHS Digital implemented a new contact centre and IP PBX solution in a medical practice based in Southern England. The implementation replaced the existing on-premise solution which was imposing limitations on the number of calls that could be taken.
By implementing the Daktela UK solution the site was able to increase by around 400% the number of customer contacts it could handle, dramatically increasing the service it could provide to the local community at this difficult time. The site currently supports 25 users.
