TJ Transport aim to be the market leader of bulk haulage services in their areas of operation, achieved by maintaining the highest level of service and safety quality standards, at market competitive prices. To enable them to do this they need the best technology available so in 2021 they implemented a Daktela Communications Solution to support both their front and back-office operations.
In addition to the transport arm of the business Daktela was also implemented in TJ Waste & Recycling which was focused on serving both commercial and domestic consumers with a range of waste collection and disposal solutions in the South-East Region of the UK.
The Daktela solution went live in September and supports all the company’s business operations in the South of England for both transport services and waste management with over 50 users on the Daktela solution. The system supports a range of users on both IP Handsets and Softphones across a few different disciplines including contact centre users, back-office users and the Executive office.
