Daktela Reporting

Daktela Reporting provides tools for real time reporting designed for management of contact center operations and large volume of reports showing historical statistics.





Basic Features


Realtime panel with live monitoring

Realtime panel is designed for the management of contact center operation. It shows the actual status of logged in operators, queues, open activities accross all channels, etc. It is also possible to do live monitoring of phone calls using this panel.


Export of the reports

Daktela Reporting enables export of all historical statistics in to CSV format or Microsoft Excel, which can be further processed eg. in pivot tables.



LCD Wallboard

Daktela Wallboard is an application for a clear display of the immediate status of the call center on the LCD screen or in the browser. The teamleader can customized it with help of predefined widgets.


Advanced filters

Daktela Reporting comes with advanced filtering based on many parameters - users, queues, time, call statuses, etc.



Historical statistics and reports

Daktela Reporting offers several dozens of of predefined historical reports for all supported communication channels that can be used by the teamleaders for evaluation of KPIs of their contact center.

Advanced functions



Get the raw reporting data through API

Daktela platform offers a programming API interface to all entities of the contact center, including realtime API. You can even write your own operator’s control toolbar directly into your application using realtime API. There are API functions for obtaining historical data and activities, including call recordings, webchat / sms / facebook transcripts etc. For advanced analytics it is possible to use any third-party BI tools or reuse the already made integrations.
