We place a high emphasis on the security of Daktela Cloud across our entire infrastructure. Only authorised and trained administrators have access to our data centres. Our data centres and suppliers meet all requirements for accessibility by authorised personnel only.
Communication with the Daktela application is established exclusively via an HTTPS secure connection with a verified Daktela certificate. Access from the Internet is further filtered by a set of dynamic blacklists, whitelists and firewall rules. Access directly to the applications is only possible after user authentication and based on the permissions defined by the user.
Audits and penetration tests
We regularly subject the entire Daktela Cloud to penetration tests by external security companies. At the same time, we regularly monitor the entire network using security tools such as OpenVAS and nmap. Every year we undergo a mandatory Google-specific security audit by Bishop Fox, which we last passed in October 2021.
We meet strict requirements
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we operated a system for a traceable call centre and were therefore successfully audited to meet requirements as a Significant Information System under the Cyber Security Act. At the same time, we are implementing a project to meet the requirements of ISO 27001 and certification according to this standard.
