As a part of our Global Expansion strategy, we are looking for a Delivery & Support Engineer.

Job description:

  • Implementation of VoIP exchanges and contact center projects for corporate customers
  • Management and development of corporate IP exchanges, VoIP networks and call centers
  • Troubleshooting and technical customer support, debugging, monitoring, performance tuning
  • Consulting activities associated with the delivery of our solution to the customer to the maximum effective extent
  • Work and self-education on VoIP projects that you choose yourself and that will move us further


We require:

  • Work experience in IT, VoIP and/or Teleco solutions
  • Knowledge of telecommunication industry is an advantage
  • Knowledge of call center industry is an advantage
  • Experience with light programming or scripting is an advantage
  • English (native), Czech (fluent)
  • Eager to learn new things, hands-on attitude
  • Professional dealings when dealing with customers
