Daktela manages one of the largest VoIP infrastructures in the CEE region. Our main product is a cloud contact center platform that allows companies to easily process customer requests through many communication channels – phone, email, web chat, SMS or Facebook Messenger. We are currently active in five countries and have partners in others. All over the world, our product is used by more than 1000 corporate customers from various segments.

We are now looking for a new colleague to join our team of VoIP specialists, who will participate in the management and implementation of VoIP solutions and contact centers for our customers in Romania. We are looking for self-motivated, technically skilled candidates, ideally with experience in the field and willing to travel across RO.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Implementation of VoIP exchanges
  • Management and development of corporate IP exchanges, VoIP networks and call centers
  • Troubleshooting and technical customer support, debugging, monitoring, performance tuning
  • Daktela System implementation to business customers
  • Deliver solution training to customers and business partners
  • Prepare high level solution technical design for customers
  • Communicate customer feedback and requirements to development team
  • Work and self-education on VoIP projects of your choice, which will take us further

You should have:

  • Experience and knowledge of VoIP issues
  • Experience with the Linux operating system
  • Knowledge of network protocols
  • Experience with light programming or scripting is an advantage
  • Orientation in telecommunications or contact centers is an advantage
  • Romanian (native) and conversational English is a must
  • Professional behavior in dealing with customers
  • Driving license B
  • A person who is not afraid to learn new things and technology and can bring things to an end, hands-on attitude
