This integration connects Daktela with the Abra information system — a leading ERP for medium to large companies that covers all core business processes. The integration works with Abra Flexi via its REST API.
It automatically pulls contacts and companies from your Abra environment directly into Daktela. The moment a customer calls, your agents have their complete profile right in front of them — no manual lookups, no context switching, no wasted time.
The sync is one-way (Abra → Daktela) and runs every 30 minutes, ensuring your address book is always up to date and reflects the latest changes made in your ERP.
Setup is simple and takes around 15 minutes. The integration uses a dedicated API user's credentials for authentication.
Configuration is completed in the Daktela GUI under Manage > Integrations, where you enter your Abra Flexi instance URL along with the API username and password to establish the connection and map the required fields.
