This out-of-the-box integration automatically pulls Contacts and Companies from your HubSpot CRM into Daktela.
The moment a customer calls, your agents have their complete profile right in front of them — no manual lookups, no context switching, no wasted time. The sync is one-way (HubSpot → Daktela) and runs every 30 minutes, ensuring your address book always reflects the latest data from HubSpot.
Setup is simple and takes around 15 minutes. You will first need to generate an API key within your HubSpot account settings.
Configuration is then completed in the Daktela GUI under Manage > Integrations, where you will enter the API key to authenticate the connection and map the required fields.
