This out-of-the-box integration automatically syncs contacts and companies from your Money S4/S5 accounting software into Daktela.
The moment a customer calls, your agents have their complete contact profile right in front of them — no manual lookups, no context switching, no wasted time.
The sync is one-way (Money S4/S5 → Daktela) and keeps your address book always up to date, reflecting the latest data from your accounting system.
The integration requires a REST API to be configured on your Money S4/S5 server. Once the API is accessible via a URL, the setup in Daktela is simple and takes around 15 minutes.
Configuration is done within the Daktela GUI under Manage > Integrations, where you will add your API URL, provide credentials, and map the relevant data fields.
