This out-of-the-box integration automatically syncs contacts and companies from your Pohoda accounting software into Daktela.
The moment a customer calls, your agents have their complete contact profile right in front of them — no manual lookups, no context switching, no wasted time. The sync is one-way (Pohoda → Daktela) and keeps your address book always up to date, reflecting the latest data from your accounting system.
Setup is simple and takes around 15 minutes. You will first need to generate an API key within your Pohoda application.
Configuration is then completed in the Daktela GUI under Manage > Integrations, where you will enter your API key to authenticate and then map the relevant data fields.
