This out-of-the-box integration automatically pulls contacts, companies, and deals or orders from your Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment into Daktela.
The sync is one-way (Dynamics 365 → Daktela) and runs every 30 minutes, ensuring your agents always have access to the latest customer information directly within the Daktela interface, leading to more informed and efficient interactions.
Setup is simple and takes around 15 minutes. Configuration is done within the Daktela GUI under Manage > Integrations, where you will authenticate your Dynamics 365 account and map the relevant data fields.
