Setup Overview
Configuration involves creating a custom Slack App in your Slack workspace. You will need to set up an Incoming Webhook for notifications and enable Interactivity for ticket creation.
The generated Webhook URL is then added in Daktela under Manage > Integrations > Slack, and event notifications are configured using Daktela's powerful Triggers system.
