This out-of-the-box integration connects your PrestaShop e-commerce store with Daktela, automatically synchronising your customers and companies.
The moment a customer calls, your agents have their complete contact profile right in front of them — no manual lookups, no context switching, no wasted time. The sync is one-way (PrestaShop → Daktela) and runs every 30 minutes, keeping your address book always up to date.
Setup is simple and takes around 15 minutes. You will first need to generate a webservice key in your PrestaShop admin panel and grant it the required permissions.
Configuration is then completed in the Daktela GUI under Manage > Integrations, where you will enter your store's URL and the webservice key to authenticate.
