This out-of-the-box integration connects your PrestaShop e-commerce store with Daktela, automatically synchronizing your customers and their orders.
This provides your agents with a complete view of a customer's purchase history directly within Daktela, enabling faster and more accurate support for inquiries about orders, payments, or shipping. The sync is one-way (PrestaShop → Daktela) and runs every 30 minutes.
Setup is simple and takes around 15 minutes. You will first need to generate a webservice key in your PrestaShop admin panel and grant it permissions to access customers and orders.
Configuration is then completed in the Daktela GUI under Manage > Integrations, where you will enter your store's URL and the webservice key to authenticate.
