This out-of-the-box integration automatically pulls clients and contacts from your Raynet CRM into Daktela.
The moment a customer calls, your agents have their complete contact profile right in front of them — no manual lookups, no context switching, no wasted time. The sync is one-way (Raynet → Daktela) and runs every 30 minutes, ensuring your address book always reflects the latest data from your CRM.
Setup is simple and takes around 15 minutes. You will first need your Raynet instance name (e.g., "mycompany" from mycompany.raynet.cz) and an API key, which you can generate in your Raynet user settings.
Configuration is then completed in the Daktela GUI under Manage > Integrations, where you will enter your instance name, username (email), and the API key to authenticate.
