This out-of-the-box integration connects your Shoper e-commerce platform with Daktela, automatically synchronizing your customers and their orders.
By providing your agents with a complete view of a customer's purchase history directly within Daktela, this integration enables faster and more effective support for all e-commerce inquiries. The sync is one-way (Shoper → Daktela) and runs every 30 minutes.
Setup is simple and takes around 15 minutes. The integration uses your standard Shoper administrator login credentials for authentication.
Configuration is completed in the Daktela GUI under Manage > Integrations, where you will enter your Shoper store's URL, your username, and password to establish the connection.
