This out-of-the-box integration automatically pulls Accounts, Contacts, and Leads from your SugarCRM instance into Daktela.
The sync is one-way (SugarCRM → Daktela) and runs every 30 minutes. This provides your agents with the latest customer data directly in the Daktela interface, enabling more informed and efficient conversations without needing to switch systems.
Setup is simple and takes around 15 minutes. The integration uses a standard SugarCRM user's login credentials for authentication.
Configuration is completed in the Daktela GUI under Manage > Integrations, where you will enter your SugarCRM instance URL, along with the username and password, to establish the connection and map the required fields.
